Looks like it could be Beetle based. Almost a take of those woody wagon conversion kits from the 70s.

Ill guess the little car is a Renault Juvaquatre/Dauphinoise, maybe early-mid 50s vintage.

Its a Renault, but also very similar in style to the Moskvitch 400.
